The By-Laws have been changed and reflect the agreement from the Executive Meeting.
They are, as follows:
CURRENT: Article IV, Section 1, A
President, Vice President, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, and Treasurer, (all of whom shall be nominated bi-annually at the May meeting).
TO BE CHANGED TO:

The term of office for officers shall be two (2) years, elected bi-annually.
